Terms of service

These terms apply when you use www.igame86.com or any game on an igame86.com address. By playing, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains what data we keep.

Playing fair

• Don’t cheat, modify game code or traffic, or use bots to set times or win races.
• Don’t pick player names that are offensive, hateful or pretend to be someone else.
• Don’t try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to our servers.

We may remove results, rename players, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete it at any time on a game’s Account page.

The games

Our games are free. We may change, add or remove games, tracks and features, and reset leaderboards, at any time. We work to keep things running, but games are provided as they are, without guarantees that they will always be available or free of bugs.

Ownership

The games, artwork, music and this site belong to iGame86 or the people credited in each game. You may share screenshots and videos of your play.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, iGame86 is not liable for indirect losses or lost data arising from use of the games.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Questions? Contact us.
